Andrew Hara, P. Eng.Position: DML Advisory Board, Consultant
Mr. Hara has over 30 years of broad international mining experience with a proven track record of success and will be consulting to Duluth on mine planning and engineering. Particularly relevant to Duluth's Maturi Extension Project is his expertise with large scale underground bulk mining projects gained with Denison Mines, Falconbridge, Polish Copper Mines, and at Noranda as a Director of Mining. His work experience covers a variety of roles in management, operations, project start-ups, engineering and mine design. He has extensive international mining experience through work assignments including due diligence, planning and feasibility studies and mine evaluations in numerous countries in North and South America, Europe, Australia, Africa, and Asia.

Dr.Ferron has been engaged as Duluth Metals' lead consultant in metallurgy and is known for his scientific work, patents and numerous publications in mineral engineering and chemical metallurgy fields regarding base and precious metals. He obtained his PhD degree in Mineral Engineering and Chemical Metallurgy in 1988 from the Henry Krumb School of Mines, Columbia University, New York. His career spans many years including Vice-President, Metallurgical Technology at SGS Lakefield Research. In 2005, Dr. Ferron became President of HydroProc Consultants.
Mark Cowan is a partner at Patton Boggs LLP, a Washington based international law firm concentrating in public policy global business and trade. Mr. Cowan joined Patton Boggs after a long and successful career in the Washington public affairs industry. He served as president of Columbus Public Affairs and as Chief Executive Officer of Newmyer Associates, a public affairs and strategic intelligence firm. He was vice chairman of Cassidy & Associates and a founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Jefferson Group. Mr. Cowan also served at Gray & Company and Hill & Knowlton Public Relations, counseling numerous domestic and international clients. In addition, Mr. Cowan has held presidential and political appointments in three administrations.
